PG serious Flat & Bended Tempering Furnace is our newly developed product with patent, this equipment is mainly composed of four sections including the piece loading section, heating section, fabricating section and tempering section. It is applicable for the heating, fabricating and tempering of the glass.
The Features of the Equipment:
Use the fine quartz ceramic bar which is with low thermal conductivity, small heat expansion coefficient, high dimensional accuracy, good stability under thermal vibration and no deformation under high temperature.
Low power consumption: Adopting flat sheet tempering method for heating, the furnace only needs to heat the glass (no mold is needed), extremely reduced the loss of heat (may save 30%~50% energy comparing with the current oil furnace).
High production efficiency, stable product quality.
High automatic level, adopting fully automatic control for unit operation, the requirement is not high for the skill level of the workers.
Powerful data storage function: The production process parameters for every size of glass cover can be stored in the computer, to change size, only calling out the corresponding parameters will do.
