This machine can clean and dry 3-12mm flat glass according to user's requirements. The machine adopts level horizontal structure. Flat glass can be placed on the level transmission rollers to achieve cleaning through clean step, absorb step and dry step.
The transmitting speed of glass can be adjusted limitlessly according to the glass processing requirement. The temperature of the hot wind can be set beforehand.
Operational steps:
First startup the water pump and turn on the switch of water in absorbent. Then turn off the switch after the absorb brush wet. After that you can start the switch of cleaning -air machine-heating device-brush-cleaning transmission.
In the cleaning process you may based on the thickness of the glass to adjust spring-loaded pressure of screw in the appropriate location.
Maintenance:
Maintain the machine routinely and check the moving part of the machine regularly. Limitless change speed device should be used in lubricant oil VB-1 and it has been already fixed before delivery. Check the oil level whether reach the central of the oil mirror before switch on the machine. (Other oil may make the machine move unstably, and the attrition face may be frayed easily, and the temperature may be increased too.) First time to change the oil is after 300hours work, then every 1000hours it should be changed too. Pay attention to the oil note, oil hole and oil mirror central, don't fill up excessive. Mind the high-speed hand roller, it should be running after the machine power-on, cannot adjust the speed when the machine off.
Filling up oil in the worm wheel box of the brush part is the same as mention above. Transmission chain should be smeared lubricating oil regularly. Every bear should be smeared motor oil everyday.
Chains can be adjusted to tightness or looseness. To check whether it has enough water everyday, the water should be replaced according to the user. Transmission stick should be kept clean.
Guidelines:
When power off the heating box, please let the air machine (the air machine should not power off) blow air for 3-5 minutes to cool the heater in heating boxes. That can protect the transmission stick.
If discover that the sponge sop-up stick has many nicks, the sop up function may decrease, so it should be change a new one. The normal using life of the stick is 3-6 months. It should be put into water when it stops using, don't press it. Then if this machine should stop urgently, you can press the urgent stop switch.
