PD1120 Enamel Sintering Furnace

PD series enamel sintering furnace is a roller sintering furnace newly developed by our company. The equipment is connected with the material feeding of sprayed and dried enamel pot. It is equipped with a sintering heating area of 12 meters and the maximum temperature inside is 850 degrees. It is suitable for high-temperature sintering, curing and molding of sprayed workpieces.

Features of the equipment:

1. The transmission rod is made of alumina oxide ceramic rod with low thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal vibration stability and no deformation at high temperature.
2. The power consumption is low: The transmission system adopts the roller transmission mode, and the furnace body only heats the workpiece, which greatly reduces the heat loss.
3. High production efficiency and stable product quality.
4. The degree of automation is high: The operation of the work unit is controlled by PLC, which does not require high proficiency of workers.
5. The upper and lower temperature zones are used for heating, so that the workpiece is heated quickly and the temperature can be maintained stable.
